FAW Jiefang is a truck manufacturing company and a wholly owned subsidiary of FAW Group. It is the largest manufacturer of heavy trucks in China.
There, we installed a smart logistic system to handle and store the parts between stamping lines and the welding workshop.
The project includes a total of 2900 warehouses. The transfer in and out of the warehouse is managed by 2 sets of one-track and 2-car RGV.
The warehouse contains :
- 11,000 small bin locations
- 1,100 standard pallet locations
- 200 special-shaped locations
